Hello everyone , in my coutry is a D6 for sale with the serial number 1T 3038 . Well , during the years I have never heard off a 1T D6 .
In the serial numer book of 1986 I found the 1T D6 came out with the numbers 1T 3000 up . To my surprise the numbers 1T 0 to 3000 belonged to D7's .
Both machines were mentioned D6A and D7A , but I think this is a mistake and could be SA .
Can anyone tell more about these machines and when they were made ?
The picture shows the machine and what I see is a 5R or an early 9U .
Thanks in advance . Johan7

4T's were military D7's, That my be one of the truly rare D6's made for military! There was a serial number that was known to no longer exist.

1T D6's s/n 3001 to 1T3045 were produced for the military (armored) in 1943 only and would be considered extremely rare today.

Looks pretty much like a 4R or 5R from the setup in my view. At least, when I look at my 5R from that side, it looks pretty much like that.
