I was wondering if anyone had the instructions to replace the d6 9u sprocket rim? Specifically I am looking for the instructions to cut the old rim off and weld the new rim on to the spoked sprocket. the sprockets are currently removed from the machine. I searched the technical archives and found the d7/d8 instructions. If anyone could post up the D6 ones I would sure appreciate it.

thanks in advance.

Just search the regular forum? I am thinking that a Thread had been ran on this subject? If not a D6, maybe it was a D4?

Hi Team,
here is what I have and used when Mike Meyer and I replaced his RD6 sprocket rims on machine.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,

I did this on a 9u not long ago. If I can provide any insight, let me know. Joel

thanks for the offer Joel, I currently have the sprockets off the machine so i will follow the instructions that were kindly posted by Mr Bedwell.

Would one of the administrators be able to transfer EDBs post to the technical archive?
