i have a d-6 that is getting fuel in the crankcase and i suspect that it is either coming thru the transfer pump or the main pump.do any of you have any ideas where to start looking and was wondering how big a job it was to pull the injection pump off and repair,any
tips or help you can provide would be appreciated.thanks rudy

Pull the side plate off of the side of the pump housing and as the engine is running see if you can detect a leak around the lower part of each pump.

thanks for the info bill and OM i will do as u said bill and got quite a better idea after i did a search OM.thanks again to both of u will let you guys know what i find.rudy
