Attached are photos of our D4c 40A. The machine is located in Vina California. It came out of Odessa Washington last fall. We have replaced the drive sprockets, repaired various cracks on the fenders, installed an updated AC, and are in the process of repainting the machine. The rails were replaced by the previous owner.

We have started to put the D4C back together. Currently we are rebuilding the front snoot. She is getting closer.

Here are the latest photos of the D4C 40A overhaul. Iron Appraiser posted some of these photos earlier today. The project was a long one in the making. We update the AC, added a new heater system to the cab, changed the drive sprockets, re built the hitch, added lights, added a new scope to the radiator, installed a stereo, new cab insulation, re-bushed the levers in the cab, new hydraulic hoses, new air intake, new cab pressurization blower, steps on the side, grab irons on the cab, and new paint. Just need to decal the tractor. I cannot wait to put her back to work.

Nice! That is one fully-loaded D4 now! Be sure to post some pics of her plowing or discing. What are you going to be farming with her?

Nice work EAS! My D7 17A blows a lot of dust and grass in my face. Does the air diverter up front make that big of difference? You think a diverter like yours would help on a 17A?

🤘Wow! that goes to show you, patience pays off. That is a very nice D4c; I wish that one of mine could look that nice. Seriously, when you put the final touches on her, you don't want to get her dirty do you? Haha. Looks like true "Show" material there; Better leave her on the trailer and sell drool clothes to the spectators! Oh yeah, see the other post regarding decals: In past, I have had Signs and Graphic Design in Chico,CA make up some very exacting signs/decals for some of my rolling stock. They or possibly Magoon Signs could replicate any of the D4c decals that may not be part of the package. Could be kinda expensive, but well worth it. Best of luck and again, nice restoration, I will try not to be envious. Just dont keep it locked up, let it out for fresh air and let some of us gawk at her in person someday. "Juiceman".

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
