D47U Fuel Pump Housing Oil Change Question.

I would like to change the oil in the Fuel Pump Housing and cannot locate a drain plug.  I looked at the part break down and the operator's manual, but I did not see any mention of a drain plug. Do I need to pull the bottom cover to drain the oil or is there a drain plug?
