I would change that nozzle. That cut looks like centralized spray from a bad nozzle.

the tip in the parts book is called a cap 2A5746 it doesn't show up on machinery trader search part . The valve shown as 7B8089, don't know if this includes the tip, 302 at Florin tractor in Sacramento CA. Only gasket shown just below a nut 2A5744 Florin has 77 of them. You have a test bench?? just check out the spray pattern. I shoot them at a piece of cardboard to see how they spray. I have a 9K3585 cat 12 that I am parting out if you ever need something. The engine is seized and I have not got into into see if there are any good parts.

Should have evenly spaced spray pattern. Each pattern should be the same, size and volume.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
