There has been a gentleman in the UK selling sleeve/piston kits on ebay. I think his name is Price. Maybe trading under the name 'Price parts'?? Maybe someone knows how to contact him since I don't see any on ebay at this time (but I didn't spend a lot of time looking this morning)
