D4 Track Gauge Available??

I was watching a YouTube video and they (Arron on LAOL) had a track gauge that measured all sorts of track conditions, from the height of the pads to amount of wear on the drive teeth. Are these available anywhere or does anyone have one they could take a picture of and I can make one from that? Any idea of the part number, I've never seen one before.
