Just checked with Cat parts store, I am afraid that they are no longer available.
This was the same issue I had when I rebuilt my 7u transmission as Sasquatch they are a matched set, I was lucky that the bearing service I used managed to find only one I the US (I'm in Gods country Australia) otherwise it would of had tobe made. It cost me over $700 for it. Even the individual bearings are near impossible to find.

Good luck on your hunt

There was a similar bearing set with a precision ground spacer in the middle of it that I recall dealing with in the transmission of my 17A D7 (I recall there was a thickness measurement hand-scribed onto the spacer). If you can find a trade number on the bearing(s) and/or spacer, and scour the internet, you would be surprised what you can come up with. In my case I was able to find a part number for the set in an older Timken catalog somewhere online, and inquired with motion industries on obtaining one. Timken would make one if I wanted it, but the manufacturing lead time was something ridiculous like 3 months and I was able to get the individual tapered roller bearings right away and successfully rolled the dice with reusing the spacer because we needed the machine back in the field and couldn’t wait. And that was pre-COVID times when lead times weren’t as bad as they are now. I’ll admit it can be nerve wracking, but if you can’t find it through any other channels, and you can get a trade number off an existing bearing set, you can at least call it a very educated guess. In any event, good luck!

Thanks for all the input guys I'll do a little bit more looking. I do have the old timken part numbers on the bearings and I did see a few numbers scribed into the spacer, I'll get in touch with my bearing supplier and see what he has to say about it all.
