d4 injector banjo bolt

Hi Everybody,

In the many moves that my grandpa's disassembled d4 2t has made, one of the banjo bolts that holds the fuel return line to the injectors has gone missing. Could somebody please let me know what the part number is? Or maybe somebody has a couple extras that they would let me purchase from them? The picture shows where the bolts go.

Part number is a 1A6828, called out as a "plug" instead of bolt.

I have made one for a high pressure injector line. Worked just fine. Fine thread bolt and a hand drill took about 5 minutes.
D2-5J's, D6-9U's, D318 and D333 power units, 12E-99E grader, 922B & 944A wheel loaders, D330C generator set, DW20 water tanker and a bunch of Jersey cows to take care of in my spare time😄

I don't know what the rig is in the background, but my gut says it's a hart-parr. my dad has one in the shed, its from 1926 and is an 18-32 model, i think, i've only ever seen two other ones in person and they were 16-30 models if i remember correctly. although, I can't say i've seen one with a hood, or a rear mounted fuel tank like that. all three that i have seen have a round fuel tank mounted between the radiator and the engine.

I don't have any banjo bolts, but CC jersey is correct, you can make them with a regular bolt and a drill, then you just need the copper sealing washers.

As for the beast lurking in the background..... That is a 1929 Minneapolis 27-42.

I've heard spray them down with WD-40, it makes an old rusty tractor look glossy.

Auction company that operates(ed) in this area always sprayed the line of machinery with diesel. Took care of the grass and fireants as well as making the machinery shine!
