d4 7u what year?

im lookin at a d4 7u6253 was wondering what year, hp, value with good uc? is the 7u a pretty good dozer? do they have an oil clutch or power assist steering clutches? thanks for any info.

hello dancat ,the d4 7u6253 is a 1949 yr built ,draw bar 43 hp with the D315 engine. 44307 were made ,someone else will give a valve of the tractor but good tracks/undercarriage make up most of the valve ,good = better $ .

the later d4 7u had a spring booster for the steering clutches and oil clutch but i think they would be after the 1949 models, bruce oz
