The serial number reference manual page 36 foot notes "Major mid-year design change made effective 7U 11952), what where the changes?

Working on one with an electric start pony, are these negative ground, or positive?

About the only thing significant to 7U-11952 up was the change from side fuel tank to seat tank along with changes to the various levers to make it work.

Electrical system is negative ground.
