Ok gang, go easy on me as this is my 1st attempt at posting pics. I tried last night with my iPad but that didnt work.

Here is the D4 I "lightened up" and hauled home to Oklahoma from Nebraska. I have to dig up all the info on the direct elec. start from when I did my 6U six plus years ago.

Thx ag-mike.

This old girl is in much better condition than the 6U SP I have that was a surplus purchas from the Kansas Dept. of Wildlife. My big regret is letting the parts & operators manual, and track wrench get away from me.

Looks very complete. There's one just the same as yours up the road from me, but with a brush canopy fitted over. Like this one, it's all original - rack guards still there and so on. The owner won't sell it though😞

It is interesting to contrast this toolbar/ag type with the 'dozer' type I have, especially the blade and ram arrangments which are very different.

Thats a good looking tool bar D-4
I bought a 6U D-4 tool bar dozer last yr ,and have not had time to get it running .The tractor came with what looks like a hydraulic cylinder that would mount on the rear ,but I have not been able to see where it would attach to the rear of the tractor ,as I didn't get the rear bar .
I am wondering if anyone on here has pictures of the rear bar setup ?
What would be the chances of finding the rear tool bar to go on the arms for a 6u ?
