D4 7U series track rollers

I’m looking for track rollers and carriers for my D4 7U series. Does anyone have aftermarket part numbers or sources for these?

Also looking for front idlers guide parts, materials, or update options to the old guide setup.

There is a list of aftermarket sellers buried on this board somewhere. As we are told EVERYTHING we had has been moved over to this configuration. But I have no idea how to find. Maybe your favorite search engine with something like "parts seller's list on ACMOC".

But many suggest "Equipment Trader", or is it Machine Trader? But you need parts numbers. Hopefully someone can remember better than I.

You’ve a good memory, I think that list disappeared with the last update to website a few years ago. It was out of date with Florin on there for example. Machinerytrader is definitely a good bet for part nos. Or put a post on the for sale/wanted section of the forum. Amazing what guys have in their sheds..

track rollers can also be rebuilt via welding. new bearings and seals are available. your local track service should be able to weld the rollers for you. the dealer track shops can anyway. the shops do it with a submerged arc process.

you can do it diy but it is time consuming and has to be done just right. there was info posted on it yrs ago as cat had published tech bulletins on part reclamation back in the 50s and 60s
