Are you positive that is the part number? Are these for bolting the cutting edges on?
If you have the serial number it make finding parts much easier

Are you needing actual TAPERED bolts or are you talking about countersunk head bolts, such as are used for cutting edges?
If you are referring to countersunk head bolts for cutting edges, etc., any supplier of cutting edges should also be able to supply the bolts.
Just my 0.02.
Or does he want the tapered bolts that hold the lifting assemblies to the track frames?

I should have been more specific, I am chasing the bolts that secure the trunnion plates to the track frames.
