d4 6u engine gasket kits and decals.

Hello All,

I have my D4 6u that I am in the process of restoration. I want to get this machine period correct to the smallest detail. The tractor has several safety decals placed from front to rear and in the prep and paint process those will be eliminated. Does anyone know where or how I can obtain decals that would be a direct replacement ? I also will be reconditioning both engines and need engine gasket kits. I work for (Wheeler Cat) and I have checked availability on OEM gasket kits through legacy parts and, OH MAN ARE THEY EXPENSIVE,(but still available). Are there any aftermarket suppliers out there that sell complete kits and have good quality without the wallet crushing prices ? I would like to buy everything directly through CAT and keep it true to the machine but I might have to cut a corner on this one. Any thoughts ?

Contact the ACMOC Store for the decals, hopefully they have them ready to go again, I've been waiting several months to buy 2 sets for my older Cats, but they should have D4 6U on the shelf.

Try Florin Tractor Parts in Sacramento for genuine and aftermarket parts, they are good to deal with.
