Hi Folks,

I'm working on an antique D4 for a friend who can't see anymore. Long story there. Anyway I found water in one of the cylinders, and the engine is seized. So I'm looking for parts, and not coming up with much. Florin out in CA shut down, so that's not an option for me. I'm finding parts for 4V 5V, but not 6U, so I thought a parts book for the engine would come in handy at least that way I might be able to order from Cat (assuming availability etc). But I'm coming up empty handed there too. Does anyone know where I can get a parts manual for that D315 engine? Thanks!

Membership in the club provides you many resources and of course the experiences of many members here on the forum. There is a library accessible to members that includes many models and the various publications. Sometimes you may find manuals, books, etc on E-bay or other web based platforms. Best wishes in your efforts to revive this machine. - cts

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
