Jon---there is a plug on the side of the rollers that you remove and fill to that level with sae 30 oil. I would guess get the load off the roller and work it back and forth.
If/when you get them free and they will hold oil, use the proper tool and procedure that gets oil to the inner chambers.

That looks like it would be easy enough to make one if you had the specs.

making one would be not to bad except for the o ring section at the end--Pete does all the oil flow out the end or some in the middle section?
