Did factory turboed D333's have piston coolers and did 333C's have em?

Yes on cooling jets for the turbo D333 and the D333c's. Non turbo D333C's have provision but they are plugged.
Same deal on the D333A's, early blocks show plugged nozzle holes, later blocks show orifice hole then nozzles.

My 53A3000-up parts books shows the orifices.
Don't have the earlier 53A1-up book to check but I don't think they would be any different then the early 44A's.
Look closer as the early blocks were drilled and plugged with dowels, block part # 4M9001. The later block part # 7M4403 have either orifices or nozzles.

Edit: Found 53A1907 to 2999 parts book. Shows 7M4403 block with either 2M9543 dowels (6) or orifice/nozzles.
