D311-D311H-D320A Pistons

Hi All,
I've found a pattern set of piston and rings being sold for a Cat D311H/D320A. I'm not familiar we these engines. Would these fit my D2 5U16621 D311?

Same bore and stroke but does not show an interchange on either the piston or rod.
