I’m overhauling my TU4C carb which has never idled properly and always ran very rich. Pictured are top and bottom views of the metering well I removed and the replacement I ordered. The opening in the one I removed measures .15 and the one I received as the correct one for my model carb measures .07  I double checked with the supplier and was told the .07 is correct. Squatch Senior’s video seems to show the larger (.15) opening. Anyone have any insight as to which one is correct?

I have seen about 4x TU4C carburetors, all 4 have the opening like on the left.
There should be a small number stamped on it somewhere, this number is its throughput and it should be the same for both

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
