I am restoring a D24u and am needing to know the length of each of the gaurds on a two piece guard? I think one of the two that I have have been cut shorter. The front roller is almost all the way back and the front guard does not go over the top of the back guard. Thank You for the help. Brian

Do you have a part number? Are you referring to stone guards? I think I have a set to go on the D2 5U. I could check to see if they are the part you are trying to measure.

5U D2, 7U D6, 44A D6, 70D Motor Grader, 12A955, 955L

The parts I am refering to are the two pieces that cover the track slack adjuster and the track tension spring on top of the track frame. Thank You. Brian

how many track rollers?

Probably 4, but just checking, I think there were some with 5 rollers.
D2-5J's, D6-9U's, D318 and D333 power units, 12E-99E grader, 922B & 944A wheel loaders, D330C generator set, DW20 water tanker and a bunch of Jersey cows to take care of in my spare time😄

Ok--they are called track roller frame guards--unfortunately the early U tractors had a different part no from the later U tractors--the early right side were 6B2311 and 6B2237 , and the later were 3h5047 and 6b2237---don't know if the rear ones were the same length
