Hey compressor i got the 2 running again and i feel perty good about it i had to pull start it. I could not get the pony to start but the gears feel fine and the motor runs great i got the starter hole cut in the bell housing. The next project will be building the starter for it i got half of the parts just need to buy the starter

I got my 42mt off of ebay. Was 147 and 26 shipping. I couldn't find it cheaper than that anywhere. I cross referenced the part number on the NAPA website and it shows clockwise rotation.
