I have a set of D2 Rollers. 4 are double flange and 4 are single. All I can find on them for parts numbers are BERCO on one side of the mounting flange, and CR800 on the other side. There are the bushing style rollers.

My question, will the fit on a J series D2? They came off of a 5U.

Thanks!

Hi Chris,

I checked my parts books. 5J and 5U used the same rollers on at least some of the series. They are to be arranged with single flange front and back, double flange in the middle two places. Rollers you have should work.

Thankyou Jack!
One issue you might have a problem with is most of the U model rollers have a grease fitting guard cast into the roller which will not fit with J model rock or dirt guards, you will often see J models that have had the grease fitting holes in the guards torched out to a bigger hole to accomodate the later rollers, if your rollers are the lifetime type without a grease fitting it will not be an issue.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
