D2 hydraulic tank

I am trying to mount a Cat tank arrangement on to my D2 5U and I am missing the coupler from the pump drive to the female spline stub shaft running off the crankshaft.The pump spline looks to be 1.250 Dia. X 10 spline but I can not verify the female spline size down in the radiator bore.Where can a person purchase this part or will I have to machine one myself.Any help on the matter will be appreciated.

If you can get a shaft and the parts that go to the front pulley, I can supply you with a new splined coupling if yours is worn. Most are worn to very thin splines on that coupling.

1.250 x 10 spline is the correct size for the #44 drive shaft coupling.

I feel better now that you have verified the spline dimensions for the hydraulic tank drive.I have M&F splines coming from Hub City Supply to build what I need.
