What oil do you recommend for d2 and d4 and rd4 back end and gearbox

the book calls for 90 weight. but because there isn't any yellow metal it is better in my opinion to use a more modern EP gear oil.

D46U straight blade,D46U cat angle blade,allis chalmers AD4 grader and Khoering 404 dragline. D4C 40A,D4 2T and scraper.

i use 90w GL5 gear oil in all of mine
