Hello Guys

I've finally gotten onto a blade that looks pretty good. The dimensions of the arms etc will fit my D2, but the overall width of the blade's cutting edge is 8' 9", top width is 8'.

Will a D2-5U handle this much blade, I will be working in mostly sandy soils, doing light work ??

Cheers - Foster

The Cat 2A blade for the 5U is 8 ft-1-1/2 in. and 23-3/4 in high............seems you are in the ball park unless it is battleship construction😊

Shipping weight for the Cat whole works is 1980 pounds.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
