I am wondering out to adjust the set screws on the steering levers on a 5U series D2.  The service manual I have only talks about adjusting the steering clutch free play by adjusting the squared bolts that are held by a locking clamp.  Nothing about adjusting the acorn nut, or the set screw.

Can anyone help me on this?

If you’re a member all info you need is in the technical library just type in D2 and all the manuals are there.

The Operation and Maintenance Instructions(OMI)  is the manual you need. We have a good one in the library. You have to be a paying member($44/yr.) to access it.
I found one on eBay for $69.99+tax
