I have removed my main engine clutch cover 3H4474 and it has a gasket under it.
My 5U13237-up parts book is not showing the gasket ( page 98 ).
Was it an addition to the end of the 5U's ?. Would anyone have a part number for it?
Also replacing a broken zerk going to the pilot bearing, the other holes around the flywheel are 3/8 unc but that is not a common zerk thread. are 3/8 unc zerks available?.
Thanks

Don't know if this helps but my book (5U1-5U13236) shows the gasket for the clutch cover as p/n 4B4635 but I am showing a different p/n for the cover. I'm referring to the cover that has the oil cup on it. Seems many guys just make their own gaskets. I use Fel-Pro gasket materials, super cheap on Amazon. I plan to use cork for that cover. I'm not the man to ask on the zerk only info I have is my book shows the p/n as 3H121.

Old cat parts seem to be a bit tricky sometimes. I'm new to this and currently trying to round up all the bits to rebuild my pony (on a budget).

The gasket under cover assembly 3h4474 is 5H5277, shown on a parts catalog insert.

I have found some grease fittings that are 1/4 " pipe thread , not easy to find but some industrial supply houses have them.

A 3H0121 grease zerk is 1/8-27 thread.

Thanks all for the help, will follow the gasket up with cat this morning, also the zerk.
OM I just assumed it would be 3/8 x 16 because that's what the other corresponding holes around the flywheel are. I assumed they were all passaged to the pilot BRG but only one zerk fitted.
The broken zerk must be made of good stuff, couldn't extract it !, so have drilled it out to tapping size.
After tapping I'll have to try and vacuum the swarf out of the hole I guess. Either that or pull the clutch and do a thorough service of the pilot BRG and pump new grease through the old passage to clean it out.
