heres the update all the work on the pony carb was for not wouldnt start the day we moved it . So we pull started it and after a couple shots of either and it blew what looked like a bird nest out of the stack it ran like a champ. Bothe steering clutches are froze up and the right brake used the tractor to turn it to get it on the trailer and left it running, but got it there with no problems so its in its new home for now. Guess we should have primed the pony motor because it runs fine now. Last weekend we busted the tracks and got them out of the way shes jacked up the track rollers are off one side.Next time were taking the other side off and hopefully we can get the final drive exposed. I know we can get the steering clutches and brakes ok but it needs new roller bushings any one have a part number or know of a place where I can find them? The roller in front of the sprocket is busted need one of them also. I guess its time to start looking for some good manules any ideas would help out a bunch. Thanks in advance ,Mark.
I bought reprint manuals for my 5U off ebay. They work good- are reprints of origionals, and the spiral binding is nice to lay flat on the bench. I know they aren't "origional" but I'm not worried about messing them up in the shop either. They were about $25/ each or so with shipping.
