CAT had 13 of them world wide, two or three of which were in AU, about three years ago. I bought one of them for $107 just to have an original to compare to the aftermarket ones. American Crane sold me what they had for about $22 each and ordered the rest which took 3-4 months ($25 included the postage). I would have been able to buy what I needed from Regal but made the mistake of calling a vendor folks on this forum like, don't know why, who quoted me $50. I passed and called Regal and as they were filling my order, that same vendor ordered them out from under me using his Regal online account. I was about a minute too late. Regal was also about $25; the vendor just doubled the price, as he has been doing for years and years. I knew better than to call him but all the good press he gets on this forum dulled my senses.
Give me a week or so and I'll take a look at the seals. If my memory is correct, they were Italian, made by CGR. Hopefully they are still being made as needed and another distributor, perhaps someone in OZ, can order them in for you.
Last thought. Its possible American Crane has a mistake in their system. It would be worth another attempt to find out. $159 just doesn't pass the smell test.
Florin had the rubber coated springs when i needed them. not sure about the wear plates
Roller seals - There are a couple on machinery trader.

Caterpillar still have 2 of them. at over $187 plus tax. ouch.
Brand new complete rollers for the D2 are only about $US250 each from F.P Smith in San Francisco, so it's hardly worth paying $300 just for two seals. I've been trying to get hold of D2 bellow seals here in Oz for over a year now, they were commonly available apparently for about $25 each but the supplies dried up and I talked to a guy here who fitted Duocone seals to his D2 bottom rollers to get around the problem, but that still takes a couple of days labour and the cost wasn't cheap either.
I haven't asked about them lately, but will try again and let you know what I find out. I just rebuilt the steering clutches on my D2 5U up in Innisfail in May, so if you get stuck ask me any question you like about where to get the parts and how much it really costs!.

Mike,
Did you try Tilleys in Toowoomba?
Yes, I tried them, but Tilly's are selling less and less bits for the older Cats unfortunately, Paul Moore was the guy who told me he could get the new bellow seals for a good price but his supplies dried up, so I need to get hold of my old mate Joe C. up in Innisfail and see if he has found some, though he's flat out planting sugar cane right now.
There is a real nice fella here in Oz on the east coast just north of Sydney with about 100 brand new D2 bottom rollers sitting in his shed if anyone needs some, they are all double flange one's he bought from F.P Smith a few years back when he needed some ballast in a 40 foot shipping container, he said to me a few days ago he'd sell them for $A300 each if anyone is interested, you would need to machine the inner flange off the back two rollers to fit the rear sprocket.

I had two of the flanges plasma cut to keep cost down.
its an accurate cut. cleaner than a gas axe but not as pretty as having them machined down. i figured nobody would be looking too hard down there.

Good solution there Steve, and you are right about no one ever noticing, plus that steel in those bottom rollers is hard and by the time a Machinist has turned them in a lathe he might not be such a happy chappy, same with old Cat. clutch pressure plates, they are very hard steel too.

Some photo's as promised
Thought i would add the pic of the dealers plate as this was an innisfail delivered machine.
