Hi lance I bought a whole back end off him a few months ago which was good because the entire back end is better condition than the one I have apart from the pinion.
I was hoping someone would have a spare on its own but reusing the original will be ok for the amount of work this thing will do
He is looking to offload all of his caterpillar stuff if you know anyone chasing parts

Nick, I have just found a Good Pinion here, a little surface Rust but very sound .Think it came out of an early 4U. It is stamped 2F1774. has 12 teeth. Looks same as R2/D2 to Me. Maybe someone on the Board can cross reference the Numbers. LJ
