I went through the Jen sale book and found it on the internet how to ajust the clutch but the tractor is having problems disingauging what next?
By "problems disengaging", do you mean it won't disengage at all, or will disengage with some difficulty? If the latter, what sort of difficulty? There's not a lot of difference between under and over adjusted - typically only one or two holes. If you went say 8 holes, then you overshot. Adjust it halfway back to where you were originally and see what you get. Also, if the adjustment is not the problem, then your pilot bearing could be seized.
