Looks like you scored a LeTourneau Tractor Crane (1935 - 1941?)

manufacture goes beyond 1941.
The Letourneau Legend book indicates that they supplied 1,947 of these to the Allied forces between 1941- 1945.

What size of Cat is this. E is D7 but the track frame is too long, D8E never heard of one before. catskinner
