Caterpillar Tractor Company baseball team from the 1920's or 1930's

Anybody know more about the Cat baseball team or teams? were they Cat dealers and employees? or outside players? what league were they in?.This is a interesting part of Cat history that i was not aware of before.Seems like alot of company's had sports teams back then
