I ordered genuine Caterpillar 5M2788 injector valve service groups from Florin Tractor(1-800-223-9916). All six of the ones I received were N.O.S. Three were in plastic bags with the "stencil C" logo and three were in the really old black and yellow cardboard boxes. Inside of the cardboard boxes was an instruction sheet which I scanned and attached.
