I had a machine painted with the newer Cat yellow paint. It's so cheap and I had alot of it on hand. I mixed orange enamel in with it to change the colour at about 1:16. I don't know if the old cat yellow is still available from cat but this seems like an alternative, so I wanted to pass it on. Phil

Hi Philip,

The old Cat yellow is indeed available from the dealerships in gallons and in spray cans. I find the new Cat yellow to be a darker and dull paint. It would be interesting to see how you mixed paints to get the old paint match. Thanks for the tip.
