Interesting web site----will take alot of time to look at all of it. From the picture posted----looks like it was cold in the old days too.

So----how far is Island Falls from the "Kingdom"? -----and while I am going to school; what is the farthest trip on ice that you have made from Lynn Lake while freighting.

I gotta tip my hat to the ones like you that fight that kind of cold weather now days; but when you think about what the old timers were operating with ----I just gotta totally take my hat off to them. (just think about the communications and navigation equipment vs. what is available today)---let alone improvements in clothing, machinery dependability and all of the other modern conveniences.

Keep us posted on the King's winter adventures---always seems to be entertaining.😄 Regards to the Southern Belle.
