I am relatively new to ACMOC, so please forgive me if this is the bizillionth time this has been asked: is anyone out there making reproduction fuel tanks for the Cat Thirty these days? I have a 1929 that could sure use one. I have been thinking about looking for a metal fabricator who could make one, but am not exactly sure what the filler neck and cap look like, or where I could come up with ones I could use on a new tank. Thanks!

Here's a link to the RIF forum. There's some pictures and info re the manufacturing of riveted tanks.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
