There is a Cat 10 parts catalog in the members library which should have the information you require.

The parts books give no direction on the bearings, the direction does matter, there is a 40 degree taper on the thrust side, i was hoping that maybe someone on here had a service manual that could help.

Makes sense, sometime in the past the transmission must of been rebuilt and they went with all tapered bearings, that is what confused me, Im going to go back with standard radial bearings on the back side of the transmission shaft’s because there is no bearing backstop there therefore no axial load at that point, the bearings are just centered in the case carrying a radial load.
