Does anyone know how the light set was setup on a Ten. I took a pulley off a Ten and it has a slot for two belts, looks like some one cut one pulley and added it to the other they did a nice job but you can tell it was not factory.
The generator mounted to the block were the four bolt holes on the upper top side of the motor on the same side of carburetor I think.
Does anyone remake the light brackets and is there any small generator's that could be used
Does anyone have a made up light system on a Ten😊

Jason in my part book it looks like they only used a single pulley but longer belt for gen. It also shows they used 2 diff makes of lights simular in style the guide with little knob behind it& Do-Ray Double contact and the early big flat lens type like 20 and early 30s used but i have seen them in pics with
later style 7" guide lights that are most common and some with the Can type like AC used on the early crawlers so you need to know what type you plan on using to get right bracket

I believe I might have a photo of an aftermarket setup, as the little TEN in the photo has an electric starter also. Your right in that the gen is on the carb side.

Here is a picture of the generator and lights you need. If you find either one go out and buy a lottery ticket. Chances are about the same.

Thanks for the pics. I have been told they are very hard to find. I guess not many Tens had the set up for lights.

You have the air cleaner top that I usually see on Bishop fendered 10's. Do you know anything about the history of these different tops and carb elbows? - Wally

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
