Does anybody know if or where I can get the air filter mesh to replace the insides of my air filter for my Cat Ten? Has anybody else used some thing else to replace the rusting metal mesh? As always, thanks for all the help. [email protected]

Rick,

I pulled all the rusted guts out of mine. I got ahold of some filter material used on paint booths. It is about an inch thick, heavy weave material, but not too dense. I cut out doughnut shaped pieces that fit up into the filter housing. I have 5 of those stacked on top of each other.

Works great in conjuction with the oil bath.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
