Hello,

Is there a site that gives ranges and years of serial numbers? I’m looking for information on a 983B 58x prefix. I’d like to know how many were made and the years that were made! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I will have to dig out a book I have that has the serial number prefix and the dates it was built.It includes all models built by cat.
