does anyone know what the torque specs are on the headbolts and also the rods

That's the D4400 engine specs.
Rods are 700 in-lbs.

thanks for the help , hope to get the piston rings , and head back on in the next few weeks, had some trouble getting some parts but is coming along slow , dont no if i can find a intake ,or just goin to have to make one, and also needing a flywheel with a ring gear on it for a starter,]
