I operated 14E's in the early 70's. They were a real work horse. Building embankment with tandum axles and a 14 is all you needed.

Keep the oils topped up EVERYWHERE and keep them well greased and there are very few more reliable graders anywhere. As RCH101. said, they are a real workhorse.
If it has a rear ripper and no front scarifier, you may want to think about putting some weight out ahead of the front axle in the shape of a push block or something similar 'cos they are a bit light on the steering in that configuration, especially if you want to do much heavy work.
