Having a rough time tracking that one down.
Did find a "C" model version in leu of the "D" model which would be the same, just later version. Has Cat equivalent numbers of
9F5113, 7F6533 and 9H4483.

Suspect it is not a vehicle application and may be military with that conduit fitting on the top.

I'll keep looking.

Josh,
Can you look up a 9H4483 part number. Looks to be that Cat number on the paper tag.

Flange mount with impulse coupling - D318 engine in #12 Grader, U Series D-6 DW-10 scraper or possibly U series D-4.

Maybe for military equipment or a generator set.

Was not able to complete the application but can verify that the Cat equivalent number is 9H4483. Just need someone to check NPR to find the application. Might be able to get your local Cat dealer to look it up.

If I had to guess I'm thinking Industrial/Marine engine D339.

The D7-17A (tractor) with D339 is close with a 9H4480 mag but that's not neccesarily a meaningful identification.

9H4483 AKA, 7F6533 and 9F5113, used on some mid to late run 8T graders, and the U series D6.

And, MJK-4/2-360D-420 is Cat part # 9H4483.

Thanks Josh.
Must be a late comer as it doesn't show up in my D6 "U" parts books.
Last one I see is a 9H4479.

Definately not on the D4, they didn't use an impulse coupling.
