I think I have one, let me look. I know it is printed on it not for use on one of the 951 engines, but I don't remember which one.

Mine is 8S5417 and printed on it states "Do not use on 951B engines shipped with 4.5" bore"

some cat Dealers may rent out tooling with a deposit left for surety.
Ours did, so a phone call may get you some success with the correct tooling.

The 8S5417 plate is the thing you need for this 4-3/4" bore engine, it has stamped on it not to use on the 4-1/2" bore engine
