Famous sequence with Lambourghini Miura ending up in a heap at the blade of a Caterpillar, but which one?
Looks a bit like a D7 to me C , D or E?

Hi, Billhook.
My guess - D7 3T, 4T, 6T or 17A.

Just my 0.02.

You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

It is too new for it to be a 3, 4 or 6T looking at the operator's cab so I vote D7 C or D. Doesn't look like a D7E either.

Interesting shot. Never saw that movie before.

Its got D7 clearly marked on the battery box, a smallish fuel tank and small four bolt covers on the outer track frame bearings, definitely earlier than a D7E but with electric start? I reckon its a 17A series.

I'm guessing a 3T series. Might be an x-military tractor with the lifting eyes welded on the track frame.

The triangular lift cylinder mounts makes it older than a 7E. Looks to be a 17A style tractor.

Turn up the volume, it sounds more like an old 3T D7 D8800 engine than the D339, has small exhaust pipe also. Looks more like a D7N winch on the back rather than a D7D Hyster which would be on a early 17A.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
