The short answer is yes, they are the same or similar enough. Depending on what serial number your 15 is and how much you are going to swap, there may be some small parts that need to be changed, if it is the complete assembly you are going to use there will be no issues.

Are the axles the same ? Hub width.? Wondering what small parts? I do have access to a 22 that has complete front idlers with the brackets.I just don't want it obvious that they are the wrong ones.
If you are going to use the complete idlers with brackets from the 22, it should be a direct swap with no issues.
