cat d8 2u dry drive clutch adjustment?

I have a Cat d8 2u dozer. The drive clutch is slipping bad. It is a dry clutch. The lever pulls vary easy, to easy and it still locks in. All i see is the adjustment on the external rod, Don't see how that will tighten up the clutch.

IT won't tighten the clutch. Remain calm, be patient, hopefully someone will be along any minute with a picture and an explanation.

That will be better and faster than me typing it out.

Let is know how you made out. If still stuck I can take pictures of mine pointing out the procedure. I Just replaced the clutch in mine last summer.
